Jeremy Schleibaum is a certified Physician Assistant with more than a decade of experience caring for patients across the North Shore. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Northeastern University and completed his Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Drexel University in 2012.

Jeremy brings extensive orthopedic experience to MFM Health, along with a strong foundation in primary care from his early years in clinical practice. He is committed to building lasting relationships with patients and providing thoughtful, individualized care for people of all ages.

Outside of clinical practice, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and golden retriever, as well as playing and coaching ice hockey.
