MFM Health Express

MFM Health Express is our same-day care option for common illnesses and minor health concerns. It's designed to give patients faster access to care when they need it, without a trip to the ER.

You’ll find us at 147 South Main Street in Middleton, MA, right off Route 114 West. We’re located across from Richardson’s Ice Cream, in the rear of the Teresa’s parking lot.

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Weekends & Holidays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Last walk-in accepted 30 minutes before close, as space allows.

• Established patients can book online up to 72 hours in advance for the fastest access. Walk-ins are welcome and seen as space allows.

MFM Health Express is designed for same-day care of common, non-emergency issues. We treat things like:

• Cold and flu symptoms

• Cough, sore throat, or sinus infections

• Earaches or ear infections

• Minor cuts, rashes, or skin infections

• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

• Mild asthma symptoms or wheezing

• Pink eye

• Fever

• Minor sprains or strains

• Tick bites or bug bites

• Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea

• COVID or strep testing

• Work or school notes

⚠️ If you're experiencing chest pain, severe abdominal pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, or any other life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

MFM Health Express is for same-day, short-term needs, not ongoing or preventive care. For anything routine or chronic, please book with your provider at our main office in Danvers. This includes:

• Annual physicals or wellness exams

• Chronic condition management (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure)

• Medication refills for long-term conditions

• Preventive screenings

• Mental health visits

• Referrals for specialists

Yes! We accept most major insurance plans. Coverage can vary by service, so we recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm what's covered before your visit.

While you may not see your usual provider, MFM Health Express is staffed by the same trusted team. We’ll make sure your primary care provider gets all the details from your visit, so your care stays connected and seamless.

We’re not an emergency room, but we are equipped to handle non-life-threatening, same-day needs. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, or any emergency symptoms—go straight to the ER or call 911.
