Drive-thru Testing at MFM's Middleton Practice

COVID-19, flu, RSV, and strep testing can be scheduled with an order from your MFM Health provider. Flu vaccine clinics are also available for scheduling with seasonal dates in the fall months.

All MFM Health drive-thru testing is done by appointment only.

You will receive same-day results for all drive-thru testing.

Once your MFM Health provider reviews your results, they will be available in the patient portal. If your results require further discussion or action, your provider will reach out via phone.

Most insurance plans will cover testing, but these tests may be subject to a deductible or other out-of-pocket cost. Patients should contact their insurance carriers for cost-sharing and coverage details.

You do not need an insurance referral or prior-authorization for drive-thru testing. Our team will submit the provider's order and help you schedule the appointment.

There are no special instructions for most testing.

Drive-thru testing is typically available Monday-Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm and on weekends from 8:00am - 12:00pm. Outside of those hours or if the drive-thru is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, testing will be made available in the office.

MFM Health's drive-thru testing in Middleton is conveniently available for patients of all ages.

Just yourself! Upon arrival, a team member will as patients to verify their identity with at least two verbal identifiers, such as name and date of birth.
