Erin Houlihan joined MFM Health in 2026 as a Nurse Practitioner. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a diverse clinical background in primary care, women’s health, and community health.

A member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Erin is passionate about providing patient-centered care and empowering individuals to manage chronic endocrine conditions.

Erin graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in neuroscience, followed by a BS in nursing from Johns Hopkins University and an MS in nursing from the University of New Hampshire. She began her professional career as a medical writer before transitioning to nursing more than two decades ago to have a more personal impact on patients’ health and well-being.

Outside of the office, Erin is active in the community coaching girls gymnastics at Winnacunnet High School and cheering from the sidelines of her daughters’ many athletic events. She resides in the Seacoast NH with her husband, two daughters and their dog where she enjoys walking the beach and skiing the White Mountains while seeking out the best gluten-free spots along the way.
