Alexandra Peffer, FNP-C
Ali Peffer joins MFM Health in December 2025 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University in 2019, where she also played collegiate lacrosse, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in 2025. Ali is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Ali completed her nurse residency program at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and also gained experience in NICU transport nursing. Before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she cared for infants in the neonatal intensive care unit for over five years. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults, and is passionate about developing lasting relationships with her patients. Ali lives on the North Shore with her husband, Jack, and their dog, Bogey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, walking her dog, learning golf, and visiting Lake Winnipesaukee.
